We offer horses for lease to Intermediate / Advanced riders only. All riders must come for an evaluation. Rider will be paired with the horse best suited to the riders needs and experience.
Rule for use of horse
The Owner will evaluate the riding capability of the lessee. If lessee dose not meet level intermediate/ Advance equitation. Owner has the right to allow use of lease horse only under the condition that the lessee will take a minimum of 2 lessons a week at lessee expense until owner deems rider can safely ride alone. The lessee may then be approved to ride in arena and flat work only. Trail rides, pasture riding, obstacles and Jumps may be forbidden to lessee till riding level is appropriate.
All riders under age 18 must have an adult present to do gymkhana(speed drills) and Jumping
All riders under age 18 must have a helmet on when mounted
All Horses are well trained. Experience in trail riding, English/ Jumping and horse shows.
______Half lease ( 15 days a month ) $90/m Owner has right to use horse and priority of said horse. Lessor must inform owner on days/times horse will be in use, Notice will be given if horse in unavailable.
______Full Lease ( Full Month) $150/m Lessor has full use of horse all month. Lessor must inform owner on days/times horse will be in use. Owner still has right to use horse for lessons and shows, but owner will notify lessor if horse in unavailable.
We DO NOT RENT horses for trail rides! We NO NOT offer DAY RENTALS on horses!
