Horses are only leased out to rider with skill levels intermediate or higher.
You will need to schedule an evaluation. All riders are required to take a weekly lesson this is none negotiable. Owner will still use horse for lessons and show and will inform leasee of block out dates. Riders may ride in arena and back pasture. Off property and jumping approved on an individual basis.
